Friend enrolls
Your friend uses your link to schedule a free placement assessment. When they enroll in any lesson program, your referral is officially counted.
Credit appears on month 2
Your tuition credit is applied automatically to your account at the start of your friend's second enrolled month. No forms, no follow-up, no chasing.
Tiers stack as you go
Each new referral builds toward Silver and Gold. Your credits accumulate — you don't start over. Every family you refer moves you forward.

The fine print, unburied
These are the questions families ask before referring. We wrote clear answers because the program can handle the scrutiny.
Yes. The new family must complete their first full enrolled month before your credit is issued. If they withdraw during month one, the referral does not count toward your tier. If they withdraw after month one, you keep any credits already earned.
No. Referrals apply only to families with no enrollment history at Harmony House Music School. A family who paused lessons and is re-enrolling does not qualify as a new referral.
Credits issued at Bronze tier expire 12 months from the issue date regardless of enrollment status. Silver and Gold credits never expire while you remain enrolled. If you pause enrollment, Silver and Gold credits are paused (not forfeited) and resume when you return.
No. Tuition credits apply only to lesson fees — private, semi-private, or group — billed directly by Harmony House. They cannot be applied to third-party instrument purchases, recital fees, or uniform costs.
There is no cap. You may refer unlimited families. Credits are issued for each qualifying referral up to and including Gold Ensemble tier ($150 cumulative). Referrals beyond 6 do not generate additional credit under the current program terms, reviewed annually each September.
A family is counted as enrolled when they have completed a placement assessment, selected a lesson type, and paid their first month's tuition in full. Families on a free trial period do not count until they convert to a paid enrollment.
